One of FGP’s goals is to ensure that every family facing pediatric cancer in our service area knows we are here to help. Through collaborations with schools, pediatricians, and places of worship, more families are learning about FGP- and they are finding us sooner after diagnosis.
This past year, we reached the maximum number of families we could support, and our Board of Directors said “yes” to increasing that capacity. We are now rapidly approaching this new limit, currently serving 28 families whose child is undergoing cancer treatment… our highest number ever.
This is where we need your help. We cannot do it without you!
It costs $6,750 for FGP to support one family for a year, and the average time we currently walk alongside each family is 28 months.

💛 So far in 2025 (10 months), FGP helped local pediatric cancer families by providing:
$93,209 in gas and grocery gift cards
$26,915 for professional house cleaning services
$11,101 in semiannual bill payment assistance
💛 In 2025, FGP dedicated approximately $7,257 to supporting one family for the year.
💛 In October 2025, FGP took on our 29th family- the highest number we’ve ever had in our family services program. We also have been notified of five other families in our community who have been given our information.
